Nordés

The story of Nordés Gin began in 2004 with three friends. While enjoying traditional Galician delicacy, they fantasised about a shared dream: to produce a truly Galician gin using local ingredients. The trio - a well-known Spanish sommelier, a Galician wine importer and a talented master distiller - undertake many attempts before their dream becomes a reality. Eventually, they discover the perfect formula and the recipe for Nordés Gin was born. 
From the beginning, Nordés gin has been distilled in a small distillery in San Pedro de Sarandón, near Santiago de Compostela. This area is distinguished by its natural beauty and known for producing excellent Galician spirits.

The inspiration for the distinctive white-and-blue bottle, with its unique design, comes from the traditional handmade porcelain from Sargadelos, in Galicia. It is reminiscent of the iconic bottle of Nordés Gin, but adapted to the new Nordés 0.0.

A new family member has joined Nordés since 2025: the Nordés 0.0 non-alcoholic. A unique, fresh and non-alcoholic interpretation of Nordés Gin.
