Settimo and Gino Pizzolate took over their father's old family business in 1981, now one of the leading organic Prosecco producers. A true family business that has been working in the agricultural sector for more than five generations. A family committed to winemaking and whose well-guarded winemaking secrets are passed on from generation to generation. 

Since 1991, they have been fully certified organic. Here we are dealing with pioneers who are always open to the latest developments in the consumer market. For instance, they have also been fully vegan since 2012. They make a wonderful grape oil from the seeds of the grapes. The squeezed grapes are composted. The beautiful M(ulti)- Use bottles are also a great example of how everything can be reused. The use of 100% recycled boxes, the attention to cork or the always sustainable labels form the background of this unique and essential decision to be as sustainable as possible.

Their sparkling wines with fine bubbles deliver great elegance, balance, sensuality and pleasure. They are ideal for parties or celebrating a special occasion. Pizzolato is clearly a wine company for which making only good wines is not good enough.
