- 30ml POLLY Pink London Classic
- 10ml ODK Barista Syrup Brown Sugar
- 15ml ODK Sour Lemon 100%
- 100ml Canter Sparkling Bianco Extra Dry 0.0
- ice cubes
- strip of lemon peel
Comment le préparer
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Pour 30ml POLLY Pink London Classic, 10ml ODK Barista Syrup Brown Sugar and 15ml ODK Sour Lemon 100% into the shaker
- Shake vigorously several times
- Pour the ingredients through a strainer into a champagne flûte
- Top up the glass with 100ml Canter Sparkling Bianco Extra Dry 0.0
- As a garnish you can add a strip of lemon zest to the glass
