Ingrédients
- 150ml Imperdibile Ginger Beer
- 15ml ODK Sour Lime 100%
- 60ml Vogelfrei Sugar Cane - Alternative to rum
- 1 wedge of lime
- ice cubes
Comment le préparer
- Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes
- Pour 150ml Imperdibile Ginger Beer and 15ml ODK Lime 100% over the ice
- Measure out 60ml Vogelfrei Sugar Cane with a jigger
- Carefully pour the Vogelfrei Sugar Cane over the back of the bar spoon into the glass
- If you pour this on the back of the bar spoon, you will see that the rum does not sink to the bottom and two layers are created
- Garnish the cocktail with a wedge of lime
