Rosé is one of the oldest wines in the world. Rosé contains some color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify as a red wine. The pink color can range from a light beige to a vivid dark pink, depending on the grape variety and the techniques used. The pink wine is called rosé in French, English and Portuguese speaking countries. In Spanish-speaking countries it is usually sold as rosado, in Italy as rosato. As with non-alcoholic red wine and non-alcoholic white wine, the alcohol in non-alcoholic rosé is filtered out of the wine at the end of the production process.
